Banking and financial services
Dubai banks operate under CBUAE for mainland and DFSA for DIFC entities. The highest-ROI use case is KYC and corporate onboarding — typically reducing onboarding from 7 working days to under 2 with audit-defensible IDP and agentic workflows. Fraud and AML transaction monitoring is the second wave. Federal Law No. 10 of 2025 on AML and CFT tightened the documentation expected by CBUAE; AI makes that documentation cheap.
Hospitals and healthcare
DHA's Health Insurance Claims Management Policy Directive (PD-05-2025, effective 16 November 2025) imposes a 141-day claim adjudication cycle with 45-day initial and 30-day resubmission windows.
