We do not sell Platform Data or use it for unrelated advertising.
Platform Data is processed strictly to operate the service. We do not share WhatsApp-related data with third parties except service providers necessary to host, secure, and operate the platform, or when required by law.
Data protection and responsible use
- Data is handled securely in transit and at rest.
- Access to Platform Data is limited to authorized users within CodexaAI and within the client's authorized team.
- Clients control their own customer conversations and may request export, correction, or deletion of their data at any time.
- CodexaAI does not initiate unsolicited messaging on behalf of clients. All outbound messages are sent under the client's WhatsApp Business Account, with the client's consent and customer opt-in.
- We follow the WhatsApp Business Policy, Meta Platform Terms, and applicable UAE PDPL, GDPR, and other regional privacy requirements.
